Justice Ginsburg opposed the decision by the majority of her Supreme Court peers to deny a recount in the troublesome Bush vs. Gore Florida election. The Supreme Court reasoned that a recount couldn’t be accomplished in the federally mandated timeline. BS according to RBG!
